High-temperature, high-power metal fiber optic connectors utilize high-precision metal connectors and metal fiber optic ferrules with excellent heat dissipation properties. These ferrules are precision-ground into either an arc surface (UPC) or an angled surface (APC). The connectors are manufactured using processes such as high-temperature adhesive, suspended ferrules, adhesive-free fiber optics, and air gaps, resulting in excellent transmission and environmental performance. They are widely used in fields such as medical applications, industrial settings, extremely complex communication systems, and fiber lasers.
